This week is the normal two rides going out at 9am, I will lead a group for about 25/30 miles as i need to be back for 11.30. James will be leading a longer ride of about 50/60 miles.

Monday evening is the new Winter training ride, meeting at 7.30 in Hook parade for a few circuits of Hook, you will need lights. This is not a chain gang but a good alternative to going to Palmer Park.
